Since 1875, the hotel has welcomed generations of visitors, and during the famous Lisdoonvarna Matchmaking Festival the bar has hosted countless evenings of music, laughter and unforgettable memories.

Our carefully selected drinks menu celebrates the very best of Ireland, featuring premium Irish whiskeys, craft beers, artisan soft drinks, quality Irish gins and, naturally, a perfectly poured pint.

From 4.00pm, our evening menu showcases the finest seasonal Irish ingredients with a modern twist. Expect dishes such as Burren Smokehouse Salmon Gravlax, Seafood Chowder, Braised Beef Short Rib and regularly changing seafood specials inspired by the Wild Atlantic Way.
