Calendar Coffee
Our Coffee Dock proudly serves Calendar Coffee, a speciality coffee roastery based in neighbouring Galway. Every batch is roasted to order, ensuring exceptional freshness and flavour in every cup.
Whether you’re starting your day exploring The Burren or taking a well-earned break after discovering the Wild Atlantic Way, it’s the perfect way to recharge.
Burren Smokehouse
Just a short drive from The Hydro Hotel, the award-winning Burren Smokehouse has been producing exceptional smoked Irish salmon for generations.
Visit the Taste the Atlantic Experience to learn about the traditional smoking process, meet the passionate team behind the business and sample one of County Clare’s most celebrated artisan products.
We are delighted to work alongside the Burren Smokehouse to create our own Salmon Gravlax which is our on menu.
The Burren Perfumery
Hidden amongst the limestone landscape of The Burren lies one of Ireland’s most unique destinations.
The Burren Perfumery creates beautiful perfumes, soaps and organic skincare inspired by the surrounding landscape. Wander through the gardens, browse the workshop and enjoy homemade cakes and tea in the charming café before taking home a truly special reminder of your visit.
Hazel Mountain Chocolate
Ireland’s first bean-to-bar chocolate maker, Hazel Mountain Chocolate crafts award-winning chocolate in the heart of The Burren.

Clare Jam Company
Made just down the road in Doolin, Clare Jam Company has been creating delicious handmade preserves using traditional recipes and quality ingredients for decades.

Hurst Botanicals
