Blending original architectural features with contemporary design, our breakfast room reflects the character of The Hydro itself—historic, welcoming and full of charm.

Our kitchen team prepares freshly baked breads, seasonal fruit and a selection of hot breakfast favourites each morning, using quality ingredients to ensure you’re ready for whatever the day has in store.

Breakfast is served daily from 7.30am – 10.30am.
